There were cosmetic problems with the sofa and they did everything to make us happy. They actually opted to give us a new sofa instead of trying to fix the fabric. They just delivered the new sofa today and they thanked us for allowing them to fix the problem. Wonderful service like this is rare these days. Everyone treated us with respect and greeted us with a smile. Thank you very much for making us feel appreciated. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family. All of our future furniture purchases will be from Babcock in Shelby.
