  Went in on Saturday to try and switch a account from T-Mobile to sprint unfortunately Julie the sales consultant had told us we couldn't do it.but Julie had told me I might be able to add a line to one of my accounts with sprint and possibly get a new phone,julie has a lot of patience,lol she worked her best to get me a new phone and in the end which was about 2hrs,her putting her lunch on hold to take care of me,i am very grateful,it was Christmas in sprint today!and I got my new phone! And speaker's,and excellent customer service! The Shelby sprint store is by far the best! Thank you Julie for going over and beyond to satisfy a customer!
